To participate in the ACCESS Pennsylvania database project, libraries must join a regional group of members from a geographical area. The regional group for south central Pennsylvania (York, Adams, and Franklin Counties with a few libraries in Cumberland County) is SPIES (Southern Pennsylvania Information Exchange Source). SPIES includes school, public, and academic libraries which have agreed to share their resources. As of October, 2011, SPIES has 130 member libraries.
If you belong to SPIES, but are not registered for this site yet please click on Website Registration and fill out your contact information. You will then have access to the Membership Directory whenever you sign into the site by typing in your email and password up at the right hand corner of the window.
